Moist Banana Bread

Banana bread is a wonderful way to use overripe bananas. It is moist, flavorful, and perfect for breakfast or a snack. This recipe is simple and yields a delicious loaf.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter, then mix in the baking soda and salt.
  4. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla, and mix well.
  5. Finally, stir in the flour until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes.

Let it cool before slicing and enjoy with butter!
