Anna grew up in the prairie provinces. She spent a lot of her childhood in her grandpa’s garden, with summers digging for worms and winters building snow forts! Following a bachelors in Environmental Studies, Anna completed a Masters in Environment and Sustainability.
Her sustainability highlights included work with the Global Institute for Water Security, an agricultural placement in Santiago de Cuba, a month volunteering with manatees and monkeys in Belize, and projects in the Qu’Appelle River (SK), and the Slave River Delta (NWT).
Having moved to Vancouver in January 2018, Anna has enjoyed meeting new people, the endless supply of interesting things to do, and especially all the delicious food!
Favourite Microgreen: Basil, I put it in everything!
